On a vacant, triangular shaped, corner site adjacent to a large and busy Woodbine Centre Shopping Plaza, the owners have decided to build a new, one storey, 5,250 s.f., free-standing Royal Bank commercial building. With exposure from Queen’s Plate Drive and Hwy 27, it was important to design a building that was both elegant and approachable thereby creating an interesting urban experience for pedestrians and for vehicular access. Standing prominently on the corner, the new bank with its stucco and metal panel façade will become a welcome destination for local shoppers and residential neighbours.
