The design of this 11,100 s.f. two storey commercial/retail addition attempts to add much needed Bank space, office and retail shops, and to architecturally organize building elements of an existing two storey shopping plaza into a coherent whole. The design tries to relate to the urban context and improve the pedestrian experience along Bathurst Street.
