In conjunction with Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls (BLJC), Caterpillar Financial Services Inc. approached us to design new office accommodations for their newly leased 17,000 s.f. space. Working closely with the company’s different user groups and consolidating staff from their existing Oakville location and Calgary office, the new space was transformed with 58 new workstations, 13 new private offices, 5 new meeting rooms, and 2 new lunch rooms. With a custom designed lobby and reception area, we were able to transform an existing floor space into an efficient, modern, comfortable, and welcoming office environment for 75 staff.
