Maxim Group Inc. General Contracting was looking to build a new headquarters on a new site when an opportunity developed in this industrial sub-division adjacent to a tranquil conservation area in Stouffville. On one of the prime lots in the sub-division, we were asked to design a large one storey 20,000 s.f. main office building for the Maxim Group and two adjoining industrial units for leasing purposes all connected to a 7,000 s.f. warehouse that could be shared as required. Integrating light coloured precast concrete panels and curtain wall window design allowed for a striking, contemporary design while facilitating all the modern requirements for a growing company.
