» Portfolio » Commercial & Retail

Client: Liquor Control Board of Ontario

Location: 55 Bloor Street West, Lower Level, Manulife Centre Toronto, ON

Project Completed: 2008

Construction Cost: $1,650,000

Among one of the famous underground concourse levels in Toronto, the Manulife Centre has always attracted discerning shoppers. The original LCBO flagship store was located here and over the years it has seen a few renovations. As architects for the LCBO, we transformed this popular store by taking over adjacent retail space and nearly doubling the size. With new state of the art sliding glass doors and window displays, new finishes, and beautiful cove lighting, this LCBO is once again, meeting the needs of the discerning shopper in style.
