In a new, developing area of the city, King St. East is in transition. Close to the historic Distillery District, the developer requested this bold proposal involving the design of a 30 storey condominium building on a narrow 40’ lot with underground parking. With a delicately landscaped promenade, pre-cast concrete panels and glass exterior, this was an optimistic proposal submitted to the city for rezoning with the hope that a shorter, smaller proposal would be accepted.
