On a popular downtown Toronto street, across from the Art Gallery of Ontario, our developer client was interested in building condominiums behind an existing historical 3 storey building. This design proposal integrated the historical building and created a gateway with shops and restaurants to the 10 storey condominium building at the rear. Towering over and facing the Art Gallery, this design was intended to attract young and sophisticated urban dwellers.
